At TwoCanZA (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your purchases will be delivered to your doorstep.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship within South Africa only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Delivery Partner

All orders are shipped using The Courier Guy, our trusted logistics partner. This ensures professional handling, tracking, and timely delivery of your order.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods, sales, or holidays.


4. Delivery Costs

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location and parcel size.

  • Standard Rate: A flat fee may apply for most locations.
  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly stated on the website or during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel via The Courier Guy’s platform:

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate and complete. TwoCanZA is not responsible for delays or lost items resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


7. Missed Deliveries / Re-Deliveries

If a delivery is missed, The Courier Guy will typically attempt a second delivery. If further attempts are required or the parcel is returned to us due to failed deliveries, additional fees may apply.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at dylanoosthuyse@twocanza.co.za within 48 hours of receiving (or expecting) your delivery. We will work with The Courier Guy to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.


9. Pre-Order Items

For any pre-order products, the estimated dispatch timeline will be clearly communicated on the product page. These timelines differ from standard shipping and will affect the overall delivery time.
